We have rescheduled our Guest Speaker (April) from Camp Maple Leaf for this month's meeting.
April will be presenting information on their camp facilities and will be available for questions. Her arrival may be delayed due to the distance she will be travelling,
so we will begin with introductions for any new members and divide you into children's age groups.

Each group can discuss within their group what information will be most helpful for them and write it down. If we don't have enough time to explore them at this
meeting, we will discuss in June. June will be our last meeting and will recommence in September.

It is that time of year again to cast your vote for your Executive Committee. Your vote is important. If you have an interest in volunteering your time to be part of the Executive Committee, please let us know.

We will take a short 10 minute break around 8:00.
Light refreshments will be available.

A $2.00 donation would be appreciated, if possible, to help offset expenses.

Just a reminder that this meeting is for adults as we do not have childcare facilities available.

Well I certainly didn't think that cancelling our April Meeting would be a necessity - but out of concern for upcoming weather reports and existing
condition of roads, it has been decided for safety of our families, we will CANCEL tomorrow's meeting.

Our next meeting will be Tuesday May 15th, same place, same time. We have arranged for our speaker April, Camp Director, Camp Maple Leaf,
to present at our May meeting.

I will send email about May meeting later in the month.

I apologize for any inconvenience, but everyone's safety is our top priority. There are some areas just outside of Lindsay that are still without power.

Kawartha Lakes Autism Support will be having a Raise the Flag event for World Autism Awareness Day at the City of Kawartha Lakes Library to be held
Tuesday, April 3rd, at 12:00. This will be the 6th year we will be celebrating World Autism Awareness Day by raising Autism Ontario's flag in recognition,
awareness and acceptance of Autism Families worldwide. There will be a second flag raising event following at the Kawartha Lakes Police Headquarters.

We will have a supply of our Autism Ribbons available for $2.00 each, if you would like to purchase one. Please see one of the Executive Committee

Updating our contact info for anyone with changes to telephone, email etc.

I would like to divide our group by children's age similarities for mini discussions and then have questions presented from each group.
